Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 August 2026

This document is not final.

Evra is still completing its own privacy policy. Where a product publishes its own, that is the document covering your use of it:

What we collect

Evra operates the ecosystem hub at evra.pro and connects Rankevra (AI SEO), Optimevra (UX & website optimization), Cronevra (scheduled job execution and monitoring) and Browsevra (managed browsers). By creating an account, we collect your name and email address, and (for password sign-ups) a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile and email from that provider. For a paid subscription we also retain your plan tier, subscription status, and payment method details (which are processed and stored by Stripe — we never see your full card number).

How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account, authenticate you across the Evra ecosystem, and manage your subscription.
  • To display the product directory and product-specific pricing so you can navigate to the appropriate product.
  • To send you transactional email (verification links, password resets, billing receipts, support replies).
  • To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Data we store

Evra itself stores your account identity (name, email), your authentication state, and — once billing is live — your subscription record. Evra does NOT store content you generate inside any Evra product; that data lives within the individual product's application and is governed by that product's own privacy policy.

Account activity

While you are signed in, we keep a record of your activity on evra.pro so we can support your account and understand how the hub is used. This covers pages you open on evra.pro, sign-ins, account creation and email confirmation, when a checkout is started and completed, and when you open one of the other Evra products from your account page.

This record is tied to your account and is only created while you are signed in — we do not build a profile of signed-out visitors. It stays on our own servers and is never sent to an advertising network or any other third party. We store the page path only: query strings are discarded, so nothing you type into a form or a search box is kept here. It is visible to Evra staff administering accounts, and to nobody else.

Activity records are deleted after 180 days, and immediately if you delete your account. You can ask us for a copy, or ask us to erase them, using the contact details below.

Third-party processors

We share data with service providers strictly to run the Service. Your personal data is shared with: Supabase (database & file storage), Stripe (payments), Anthropic, Google, and other AI providers (text and image generation), and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Evra uses strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on the hub itself.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the account settings; upon deletion, we remove your name, email, and subscription record. Some records may be retained where required by law or for accounting purposes.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including but not limited to the EEA, UK, and California), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@evra.pro. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authenticated sessions are scoped to your account, and we follow industry-standard access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you via the Evra dashboard or email.

Cross-product data

Evra serves as the single sign-on and billing layer across Rankevra, Optimevra, Cronevra and Browsevra. While Evra holds your account and subscription, each product processes your data independently. For questions about how a specific product handles your data, consult that product's own privacy policy.
