Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Evra — the ecosystem hub that connects Rankevra (AI SEO), Optimevra (UX & website optimization), Cronevra (scheduled job execution and monitoring) and Browsevra (managed browsers) (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access.

3. The Service

Evra serves as the single sign-on, product directory, and billing layer for its independent products: Rankevra, Optimevra, Cronevra and Browsevra. Evra provides authentication, subscription management, and a shared billing account. Each product processes your data, generates content, and delivers functionality within its own application. Your use of each product is additionally governed by that product's own terms of service and privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any product's application, database, or infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell or misrepresent the Service, or exceed your plan limits by abuse rather than good-faith usage.
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights or that is defamatory, hateful, or harmful.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to produce text and images through third-party providers. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintentionally similar to existing material. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring that any content you generate and publish is accurate, original enough for your needs, and compliant with applicable laws and any applicable third-party platform rules. The Service does not guarantee any specific SEO ranking, traffic outcome, conversion rate, or advertising ROI.

6. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Evra offers subscription plans billed through Stripe. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect an active subscription term but will apply to the next renewal.

7. Intellectual property

Evra and its associated products retain all intellectual property rights in the Evra brand, the Evra logo, the "evra" suffix, and all proprietary technology. You retain ownership of any content you generate through the Service. As between you and Evra, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Third-party services

Each product in the Evra ecosystem integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google Search Console, WordPress, Ghost, Shopify, Google Ads). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or behavior of third-party services.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or if your account is inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" , WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, OR THAT ANY SEO RANKING, TRAFFIC OUTCOME, CONVERSION RATE, OR ADVERTISING ROI WILL BE ACHIEVED.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EVRA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODwill. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you via the Evra dashboard or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
